The Unfortunate Thought Of Few

Been working much of late at a bookstore.  A bookstore.  If that doesn't seem odd, it's probably because you don't know me that well.  Here's the thing, while it seems a perfectly natural place for me to be looking at it through an external feed, in practice I'm not sure I fit in with the culture of folks purchasing and pursuing printed book titles.

However, I have started numerous versions of novels, fictional memoirs and the odd screenplay so the culture of writing itself is not of course alien.  But other than a monumental failure to deliver on a 7th draft of the film script 'Domesticated Creatures' back in 1999, all works have been even more spectacular in their singular ability to remain incomplete.  So maybe that can now change being in a different environment.  Maybe.  I believe the inspiration is there to make some inroads, but can I find the muse?

Anyone, including the great John Rosemond that speaks of the supposed 'ease' of raising children MUST be thinking of another time and another place, like when the Neanderthal were roaming Western Europe.

I know I'm getting old, but does ANYONE remember getting homework every night when in kindergarten? I mean I didn't even go to kindergarten, which I imagine some might say explains much of my malfunction thus far in life.

Not sure exactly what will be written about or referred to on this blog. But you can be sure music and films will be a large part of it.
